NORMAL commission are a quick process. Please have all the details available before placing an order. I will be working on the details you provide.

If you order a NORMAL and bought commercial use or STREAM commission, you will receive a wip at every stage and 2 free revisions. Extra revisions will cost.

Deadline are possible but could determine if your commission will be accepted. A rush fee will be added if accepted.

Cancellation is available depending on the circumstances. If you are on the waitlist and your order has not been started on, you can cancel anytime. No payment is taking for those on the waitlist.

Refund is not possible for order that included no wip/revision with the acceptation of an animation add-on. | Orders that included wip/revision can receive partials refunding depending on the amount of work done. | You will also be responsible for paying the fee for requesting a refund and canceling an in-progress order. | Please check out the chart below for refund percentage.

You will receive that a jpeg (sketch)/ png(everything else) of the work as is.

I will issue the refund | If you file a charge back, I will provide all evidence of the commission process and you give up all mention rights to the artwork back to me. You would be put on a public blacklist on my profile with the reason started.

All communication & correspondence will be made via email. | Your commission and a copy or your order will be delivered via email or vgen DM service

If wips/revision are available for your order, you will receive them via email or vgen DM service. | If you do not respond with in a week, I will paused your order and move on to the next one. | Once I finish their commission, I will return to working on yours if you have responded during the paused. | If you havent responded within a month, I will make a decision to either complete your order and issue a refund without your consent depending on the phase.

I own full rights unless bought. Neither the commission or anyone else is allowed to trace, edit, copy, remove my watermark or modify the finished product.

You may not claimed the artwork as your own. Credit back to "DigiPon" and or link any of my socials if you showcase the art.

All commission are to be used for personal use unless stated. STREAM commissions comes with rights for streaming.

Commercials use in not allowed unless you buy the type needed for your purpose. There are (3) types.

You will receive a PNG/GIF file of your order. If ordering a tuber, you will receive the veadotube file as well. With & without watermark versions will be included.
