COMMISSION:

  • I rarely take on commissions. I will announce on BlueSkys when commissions are opening.

  • Limited slots will be available

  • I only take YCH (your character here) commission. I do not take custom commission outside of major projects for companies.

P2U Shop (pay to use):

Can I use a single purchase for multiple sites/server/program?

  • If you buy a single quantity, only you can use it for any program/server you are the solo owner of per site/program.

  • You can not buy a single quantity and share the file among friends.

All assets can only be used for their intended purpose and will be listed in the product description.

F2U Shop (free to use):

Why are the items free?

  • I created the free to use (f2u) shop so new/low budget streamers can experience streaming without the financial risk.

Where can I find f2u assets?

  • All f2u assets can be found on my Ko-fi page

  • Supporters have access to special assets that can be used for tubers made by me.

All assets can only be used for their intended purpose and will be listed in the product description.

Terms of Service

Do not use my art/creation for any commercial use without permission. Can not be use to train AI, NFT or any blockchains etc. All my work must be use for it intended purpose only- Terms stated below is is a general insight but is not limited to:

GENERAL TERMS:

ALL ARTWORK IS TO BE TREATED AS PERSONAL USE UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE:

  • You cannot trace, reupload or use my work in any matter without my permission.

  • Must credit me for any use of my artwork, (personal/commercial)

  • Commercial usage is prohibit unless a license is available for that artwork

Misc/Original Creation

  • License to use for youtube videos is available for certain original artwork (please check my ko-fi)

  • You can only use the artwork for its intended purpose.

  • I do allow Misc artwork to be used for profile/personal website decorative only as long as it is available in my kofi shop under "MISC"

  • If you would like to use my scenes as backgrounds for bgm/lofi youtube videos, please purchase a license for $25 usd per video.

Fan Art Usage:

  • You cannot use any fanart without my permission.

  • I would have it available on my ko-fi shop if you can use it as a background, pfp or pagedoll. Anything outside of this is prohibit.

SHOP:

Any items bought from my shops cannot be resold or refund.

P2U Shop (pay to use)

  • If you buy a single quantity, only you can use it for any program/server you are the solo owner of per site/program.

  • One Purchase can be use across (1) youtube/twitch channel / discord servers etc. Ex: If you own multiple channels on twitch, you have to purchase another file per twitch channel.

  • The commissioner is the only one who can use the artwork that was commissioned. If you are not the commissioner of said artwork DO NOT USE.

  • All commission work can only be used for its intended purpose and agreement when bought.
